Hey everyone! I’m Stephen Fediuk—owner, builder, and the hands behind Small Builds.

What started as a passion for hands-on craftsmanship has grown into a business built around quality, custom work, and helping people bring their outdoor spaces to life. Whether it’s a shed, pavilion, deck, garden box, or even a doghouse, I believe every structure should be made with integrity, attention to detail, and a whole lot of care.

I don’t believe in cutting corners. I believe in building things that last—and that you’re proud to show off in your backyard. Working with my hands has always been a part of who I am, and nothing beats the feeling of stepping back and seeing a finished project that’s functional, beautiful, and totally custom to YOU.
